A training workshop on (identifying the training needs of employees – TNA) for SQU Staff in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Center at Sultan Qaboos University. The workshop was attended by a group of university employees, members of the training committees, and those in charge of training. The workshop addressed the concept of vocational training and identifying training needs and included a discussion of methodologies for analyzing training gaps using available tools and models.
